Job Title: Service Adviser / Office Support / Logistics Assistant

We are on the lookout for an Service Adviser / Office Support / Logistics Operations Assistant to help keep our office organised and efficient.

The Role:
As our Service Adviser / Office Support / Logistics Assistant, you’ll be a key player in making sure daily office activities run without a hitch. From managing weekly work schedules, receiving & dispatching freight to supporting the team with admin tasks, you’ll be the friendly face and reliable helper our office depends on.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess service needs through active listening and questioning.

Assist with scheduling and dispatch of technicians based on priority, location, and availability.

Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and service managers.

Coordinate spare parts, tools, and documentation for service jobs

Answer phone calls and manage email inquiries

Maintain and monitor job progress through internal systems.

Unloading freight with forklift (Forklift licence an advantage)

Unpacking daily freight and receipting against orders

Packing orders and booking dispatch

Provide general administrative support to the team

Help with any other office-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic technical knowledge of products or machinery serviced.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks smoothly

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Simpro, AroFlo)

Experience with service management software (e.g., Simpro, AroFlo, Salesforce).

Excellent customer service orientation.

Experience in logistics, scheduling, or service delivery coordination.

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
