- Salary ranges from $82,193.00 to $90,001.00 + super + leave loading
National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for Administrative Support Officer to join a dynamic and friendly team based at Booti Booti, in an ongoing capacity.
As the Administrative Support Officer, you will provide a range of administrative services such as financial administration, record management, office running, meeting and event coordination, HR administration, and reporting support to deliver quality services and support the achievement of business objectives.
Using various technologies, this role provides various support to front line operations and includes:
- Provide financial administration support to the area including; preparing reports for area management team, monitoring purchasing, working with teams to ensure compliance with standards and procedures and undertaking purchasing related to the role.
- Provide support for recruitment and organisational management including knowledge of the systems and processes to support teams and assisting with training coordination.
- Maintain records and databases, complying with records management processes to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Provide customer service including responding to enquiries, providing visitor information, and handling routine customer requests.
- Assisting and coordinating logistics supporting fire and other park management activities including catering, accommodation and document preparation and distribution.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and complex setting. You will possess strong attention to detail as well as have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Your knowledge of financial systems and outputs, ability to work independently and with respect for matters of a sensitive nature will lead to your success in this role.
