MSR Talent have partnered with a high performing Real Estate Agency based in the Sunshine Coast who are looking to bring in a Property Manager to join their team.

The Role:
- Overseeing a clean and tidy portfolio of up to 140 properties
- Assistance with leasing and routine inspections
- Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
- Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Manage rent arrears
TheCandidate:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Confident in daily property management duties
- Highly organised and customer service orientated
- Must have a drivers license and own car
