Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with better work-life balance, genuine support, and a professional yet down-to-earth team culture?

We’re seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Property Manager to take ownership of a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties. This is a Monday to Friday role, with no weekend work, no BDM responsibilities, and one day WFH each fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property management, including routines, lease renewals, arrears, maintenance and vacates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Contribute to a supportive and energetic office culture

What You’ll Bring:

• A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
• Previous experience in end-to-end residential property management
• A valid Driver’s Licence
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with PropertyMe is a bonus but not essential
