About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our close-knit team. You’ll step into a well-maintained, small portfolio with support- so you can focus on what you do best.

This is a senior-level role with real autonomy. You won’t be micromanaged. You won’t have to do routine inspections. Instead, you’ll lead the portfolio with confidence, backed by strong team support and streamlined systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Managing a small portfolio
• Overseeing arrears management
• Preparing for and attending QCAT hearings

About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing your own Property Management portfolio
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A professional and well-presented appearance
