Opportunity: With the Operations Team Manager based in Melbourne this is a Senior support role for experienced candidates, as the NSW 2IC

Role: Will be focused on supporting the flow of new transactions through the origination system. This role will be working with finance brokers and referral partners (who sell equipment on finance) to submit and close new transaction applications.

A big part of this role is about keeping the deals rolling through and using those opportunities, to improve the business relationship by getting deals approved, documented and settled as fast and easily as possible.

This role gives you a broad exposure to their products, relationships, credit process and compliance obligations in order to build a bigger career in Finance.

Requirements: The salary will vary depending on your experience and will have various performance incentives. Ideally we are expecting the below criteria to be met as a starting point:
1. Prior work experience with finance brokers, finance companies or other businesses who might sell products with finance
2. Sales support or even settlements experience with equipment finance lenders or brokers
3. Strong communication skills and customer service ethic, to help build partnership loyalty
