Daddi’s Kitchen Pty Ltd has built a trusted brand in Sydney’s West for delivering authentic pure vegetarian Indian cuisine. We are proud to announce the launch of our new full dine-in restaurant in Blacktown NSW, commencing operations from 28th July 2025.

To support our exciting growth, we are seeking two passionate and experienced Chefs to join our team in full-time roles from 4th August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic pure vegetarian Indian dishes, including curries, breads, snacks, and sweets.

Plan menus and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.

Monitor kitchen operations, including hygiene, stock control, and timely food preparation.

Train and supervise kitchen staff in vegetarian cooking techniques and food safety standards.

Collaborate with management to create seasonal and festive menu specials.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience cooking Indian vegetarian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.

Relevant hospitality qualifications (e.g., Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of Indian vegetarian ingredients, cooking methods, and dietary requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistency in quality and taste.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
