We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Full-Time Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic team at On Point, located in the heart of Chatswood, NSW. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be integral to delivering an exceptional dining experience that exceeds customer expectations. This is a full-time role, based at our vibrant restaurant, renowned for its contemporary fusion of Australian, Asian, and European cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.

Assist in menu development and the creation of innovative new breakfast items.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.

Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Take pride in your work and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the restaurant.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably as a Breakfast Chef.

Strong expertise in breakfast cooking techniques, presentation, and flavour profiles.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

Food safety and hygiene certification.
