About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Chefs and Pastry focused Chefs to join our dynamic team at Alpha, CBD location. There is a permanent full-time and part-time/casual opportunities for experienced Chefs who are passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce

Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine the menu

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld

Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team dynamic

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field
