What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make and receive calls to negotiate and arrange payments for outstanding debts
- Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving queries
- Maintain accurate records and update client databases
- Ensure all processes comply with legal and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Keen to learn about collections and legal procedures
- Able to pass a Police Check
