Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our growing financial planning practice in Runaway Bay. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and strong administrative skills to support our adviser and clients through the implementation of tailored financial strategies.
About the Role
As a Client Services Officer, you will work closely with our financial adviser to manage the implementation of recommendations outlined in Statements of Advice (SoAs). You will also be a key point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage client appointments and review schedules
Prepare accurate documentation for SoA meetings
Implementation of SoA strategies
Provide proactive and professional support to our clients
Act as a personal assistant to the adviser as required
Prepare SoAs and forms for implementation meetings
Manage insurance applications and underwriting processes
Liaise with clients and build rapport
Lodge forms with product providers and follow through to completion
Manage client withdrawals and other account tasks
Handle ad hoc administration duties
Ensure compliance standards are consistently met
Communicate effectively and clearly with clients throughout the process
Support continuous improvement of internal processes
Positively contribute to team meetings and a collaborative environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is not only capable but enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of clients and supporting the growth of our practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
A genuine interest in a career within the financial planning industry
Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
Knowledge of XPlan or similar CRM software (preferred)
Outstanding communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a large workload
A polished, professional, and personable manner
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A process-driven mindset with a willingness to contribute to business improvements
