About the role

The position is based at our office in Bracken Ridge and is available to commence immediately or as soon as possible.

The position is diverse but relies on your interpersonal skills to assist in a high volume of telephony work, which entails but not limited to receiving inbound calls, job booking enquiries, outbound calls to our client database including scheduling of appointments through a CRM for the field technicians, following up on new business leads, processing of company documentations and technicians work orders, liaise with field staff throughout the day and manage the daily job schedule as required.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant for this position will be:

• A quick learner;
• Reliable;
• Able to follow direction by other work colleagues, senior management and or company director to complete tasks within the required time frames;
• Capable of working as part of a team; and
• Have a positive and friendly attitude.

Be competent and experienced in the following areas:

5+ years administration experience;

Confidence in promoting company services to all forms of enquiries;

Confidence is scheduling job bookings for technicians and use of a CRM system;

Motivated to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets;

Telephony experience - incoming and out going scheduling of work;

Knowledge of MYOB an advantage or similar accounting software;

Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;

Accurate, efficient and attention to detail on all aspects of your role;

Assist with a variety of general administration duties.

Level 4 or 5 administration experience required.
