We’re looking for a visionary Video Content Creator to help take Kester Black into its next era of design and brand expression. From cinematic Reels to elevated brand campaigns, you’ll craft visually stunning content that tells a story, captures attention, and connects with our growing global audience. How you’ll make an impact

Your creative vision and technical expertise will sit at the core of Kester Black’s evolving visual identity. You’ll lead the ideation, creation, and execution of high-quality, emotionally resonant short and long form content that builds brand awareness, deepens community connection, and drives performance across paid and organic channels.

As our go-to video content expert, you’ll play a key role in defining the next chapter of our digital and social presence—crafting everything from fast-paced Reels and TikToks to more considered storytelling formats like campaign films, interviews, and behind-the-scenes series. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and brand to ensure every frame reflects our new elevated aesthetic and ambition of Kester Black.

What you’ll do

Create compelling short and long form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms—think Reels, Stories, tutorials, campaign films, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Shoot, edit, and produce visually stunning content that captures our elevated brand aesthetic while delivering on storytelling and performance.

Keep a sharp eye on emerging content formats and platform evolutions, ensuring our creative approach stays modern and intentional—without chasing fleeting trends.

Monitor and analyse performance data to understand what resonates, using insights to iterate and optimise content strategies.

Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams to amplify reach, refine creative concepts, and align on campaign goals.

Champion new ideas and creative experimentation—we value originality and thoughtful innovation that enhances our premium positioning.

What you’ll bring

You’re a seasoned content creator with a keen understanding of how to balance creativity, strategy, and audience connection. You bring ideas to life with style and precision—and you’re always seeking ways to elevate the craft, enhance content performance, and deliver meaningful impact.

You’ll also bring:

Proven experience in content creation, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands (portfolio required).

Strong video production and editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

A considered understanding of platform mechanics and content best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

A sharp eye for aesthetics—you instinctively know how to create refined, brand-aligned visuals that feel premium and modern.

Confident storytelling ability, paired with strong copywriting skills to support narrative cohesion and tone.

Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects with efficiency and calm.

A genuine passion for beauty and skincare. You care deeply about what we create and why we create it.
