We’re partnering with a respected national organisation operating across the property and financial services sectors. With a strong growth trajectory and multiple customer-facing brands under its umbrella, this business is seeking a digitally savvy Content & Social Media Lead to elevate its voice across web, social, and campaign channels.

This is a hands-on role in a collaborative and commercial environment, ideal for a content professional who thrives on creativity, pace, and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Strategy & Delivery

Lead the social and content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website, blog, and internal comms

Write and produce content for EDMs, media releases, product launches, thought leadership, reports, and webinars

Conduct keyword research and apply SEO insights to improve digital performance

Shape narratives from customer data, internal insights, and market trends

Tailor content across B2B and B2C audiences with clarity and brand alignment

Tools & Execution

Manage EDM creation and customer comms via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)

Coordinate design, video, and creative elements with internal stakeholders

Bonus: experience with Adobe InDesign, video scripting, and light production

Research Collaboration

Work closely with the internal research and economics team to extract insights and translate them into compelling content

Assist with launching and promoting new data products and index reports

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ min experience in content, copywriting, or social media

Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats

Ability to write clearly, quickly, and with impact across varied audiences

Experience working across B2B and B2C brands

Property, finance, or fast-paced commercial experience a plus

Confidence, creativity, and a proactive attitude
