Are you a visual storyteller with a knack for filming, editing, and bringing ideas to life?

We’re looking for a creative UGC Content Producer part time (up to 0.6 PTE and potentially move to FT based on performance) to join our team and help us scale our organic and paid social media efforts while driving down customer acquisition costs. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, creative strategy, and staying ahead of digital trends, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Development:

Plan, schedule, and lead the creative vision, ensuring all content aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience

Develop innovative and data-backed creative strategies and briefs for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok Ads.

Content Production & Coordination:

Create engaging video content and UGC content for Instagram and TikTok ensuring seamless setup and production and be the face of the business.

Collaborate with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to produce high-performing, authentic content.

Oversee the editing process and coordinate with video editors to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.

Organic Content Coordination:

Create social media content to build brand awareness and engagement.

Influencer marketing:

Reach out to influencers or creators

PR & Influencer Partnerships (Bonus):

Manage PR efforts and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in video content creation, especially for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok

A passion for storytelling and not afraid of talking in front of the camera.

Excellent editing skills with experience in video production (iPhone shooting)

Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly create content across multiple brands and platforms
