Job Title: Content & Social Media Lead (Contract, BUT WITH VIEW TO PERMANENCY)
Location: Melb CBD | Hybrid (3+ days in-office)

Are you a sharp storyteller with a passion for digital content and a background in property or real estate? A leading national organisation in the property and financial services space is seeking a hands-on Content & Social Media Lead to shape and drive content across multiple digital platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create and publish compelling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, the company website, property portals, EDMs, video, and blog formats

Turn business activity, customer insights, and trading updates into engaging narratives and brand-aligned messaging

Lead the content calendar and align storytelling with marketing campaigns and strategic priorities

Write and edit a wide range of content – from social media posts to long-form thought leadership

Support video content strategy (including scripting and planning)

Collaborate with designers and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns with impact

What We’re Looking For

Strong content writing and social media experience (3+ years)

Proven ability to write clearly, quickly, and for varied audiences

Excellent understanding of digital storytelling across B2B and B2C

Big advantage: Experience in property, proptech, or real estate

Comfortable working independently in a lively, informal culture

Bonus: experience with video content or light scripting
