About the Role

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging short-form video content tailored for social media platforms. You will be actively involved in the full content cycle—from pre-production planning and on-site shooting, to editing and delivery.

This is an on-site role requiring a base in Melbourne. You will work closely with the internal marketing team and studio partners to meet deadlines and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Film and produce compelling short-form video content for social media platforms.

Edit content for vertical-first formats, with attention to pacing and storytelling.

Collaborate with marketing, brand, and studio teams to bring creative briefs to life.

Participate in content planning, shoot scheduling, and on-site production.

Deliver edits promptly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation, particularly social-first video.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut pro, or similar editing software.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, shoot composition, and audio.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be based in Melbourne and available to work from our office and on location as required.
