Hidden Official is a modest fashion brand dedicated to empowering Muslim women through purposeful, faith-aligned design and storytelling. We’re looking for a creative and content-savvy Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator who truly understands the modest space and is passionate about visual storytelling, community, and fashion that holds deeper meaning.

In this hands-on, career-building role, you’ll be both behind the camera and in front of it — creating, directing, and starring in content that brings our message to life. You’ll gain experience across content production, creative direction, and brand storytelling — all while contributing to the growth of a purpose-led label making meaningful impact in the modest fashion space.

Your key roles and responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and publish organic content across all social platforms.

- Film, style, and edit engaging video content — including Reels, BTS, and try-ons.

- Confidently appear on camera to represent the brand in a natural and brand-aligned way.

- Curate and maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across all platforms.

- Conduct ongoing content and industry trend research within fashion and modest lifestyle niches.

- Assist with creative direction and visual planning for upcoming product launches and campaigns.

- Source, manage, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations.

- Coordinate and dispatch influencer gifting, including PR packages and content tracking.

- Use Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite to create visual assets aligned with brand tone.

- Support the creation and coordination of digital ads (Meta, TikTok).

- Assist in building and sending email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo (design, copy, scheduling).

- Manage community engagement across social platforms, including DMs, comments, and feedback.

- Track content and campaign performance, reporting insights and ideas for improvement.

- Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure brand alignment across all touch points.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years experience in a marketing, content creation, or digital media role (fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce preferred).

- Strong creative skills and a confident presence on camera — comfortable creating and appearing in video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and how to create content that performs.

- Strong aesthetic eye with a passion for visual storytelling, styling, and brand consistency.

- Exceptional communication and time management skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

- A strong personal connection to or understanding of the modest fashion space and Muslim women's lifestyle content is highly valued.
