Our client is on the lookout for a confident, phone-savvy SDR to join the team and help generate fresh business opportunities.

This is not your average tech sales job. You'll be directly supporting the Managing Director by booking in high-quality meetings with IT Managers, CTOs, and business owners looking to boost their cyber defences. No need to be a cyber expert—just be sharp, curious, and great at sparking conversations.

What do you do?

• Cold call qualified leads from the in-house CRM
• Book introductory meetings for the Managing Director
• Use tools like Lusha to track down direct contact info
• Keep CRM notes up to date and accurate
• Follow up via email and LinkedIn when needed
• Report weekly progress and insights to the team

What do you need?

• Native English speaker with a neutral Aussie accent (must-have)
• Confident on the phone and great at holding conversations
• Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead gen
• Highly organised and target-driven
• Comfortable using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn, MS365 & Lusha
• Self-starter who can own their outcomes with minimal hand-holding
