Full-Time Sales Representative (Construction Industry)

Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $70,000 + Super + Commissions OTE $130,000

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Representative with grit, energy, and proven success in cold calling and closing low-cost software deals with quick sales cycles to help drive growth, close deals, and onboard new users.

The Role

As our Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for:

Cold calling builders to introduce the platform and book appointments

Running live product demonstrations via teams

Closing new accounts and guiding users through onboarding

Helping builders understand how the platform benefits their business

Attending networking events and expos as needed

Managing your pipeline and CRM activity daily

What You Bring

Proven experience in outbound sales

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

Familiarity or experience working in the construction or building industry or have sold to these industries in the past

Confident communication skills, a proactive attitude, and ability to close

Self-motivation and strong follow-up habits

Ability to work with KPIs and manage your own targets

Nice to Have

Experience working with builders, tradies, or project management platforms

Exposure to Go High Level CRM

Previous involvement in a start-up or scale-up environment
