We are a fast-growing company helping homeowners access incredible deals on hot water, solar, and energy-efficient products through state and federal government rebate programs. Many customers are eligible for free or heavily subsidised upgrades — making your job much easier.

What’s on offer:

Guaranteed inbound leads only — no cold calling

$65,000 base salary + uncapped commissions

Average commission: $3,000 - $4,000/month

High performers earning up to $10,000/month in commission

Full training provided — no industry experience required

Work onsite in our brand-new Dingley Village call centre (no work from home)

Your role:

Speak to warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest

Educate customers on rebate programs and product benefits

Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs

Convert inquiries into completed sales — easy when many customers qualify for free or low-cost products

Maintain accurate notes in our CRM

What we’re looking for:

Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly

Driven, motivated, and hungry to earn

Able to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm OR 9am – 5:30pm, onsite
