💰 $70,000–$100,000 + Super (depending on experience and performance)

Beevor & Co is a design-driven building company creating custom residential and commercial spaces across Mandurah and beyond. We’re award-winning, featured on 9Life, and growing quickly - which means we’re on the lookout for an Executive Assistant who’s ready to grow with us.
Let’s be clear: this role isn’t for the faint-hearted.
We’re fast-paced, no two days are the same, and things move quickly. If you’re not naturally organised or proactive, this won't be the job for you.
But if you're a fast learner who thrives under pressure, doesn't get flustered easily, and can stay one step ahead - you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Your role is varied, and will include:
Assisting the Owners across all areas of the business
Managing emails, phonecalls, schedules, and meeting preparation
Liaising with clients, suppliers, trades, and consultants
Preparing documentation for preconstruction including preliminary agreements and council applications
Assisting with quoting, ordering and scheduling
Bookkeeping and invoice management
Following up on actions and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
We’re after someone who:
✓ Is ridiculously organised and always uses their initiative
✓ Has a self-starting, positive attitude
✓ Pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about the client experience and company goals
✓ Happy to work independently and feels confident picking up the phone or chasing things up
✓ Communicates professionally and has a friendly personality
✓ Is solution-focused
✓ Is comfortable with tech (Xero, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, CRM Systems)
✓ Has experience in construction or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
There’s a lot to learn - but if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest. Mindset matters just as much as skillset.
