Job description

This organisation is a well-established not-for-profit with a focus on delivering impactful programs to create meaningful change in communities. My client are dedicated to fostering collaboration and achieving measurable outcomes in their field.

Day to day duties involve:

Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director of Communities, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Assist with the organisation of events and community-related initiatives.

Maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems.

Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

A successful Executive Assistant to Executive Director Communities should have:

Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
