💼 About the Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, admin, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

📞 Confirmation & Coordination

Making outbound confirmation calls to customers regarding upcoming solar assessments

Verifying customer details prior to the assessment and confirming availability

Coordinating our design consultants and assigning them to assessments based on availability

Acting as a key point of contact to ensure assessments and schedules run smoothly

📊 Sales Team & CRM Support

Assisting the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with lead follow-up and admin tasks

Managing and updating CRM records (experience with Zoho is a bonus!)

Supporting outbound customer communications via phone and email

Liaising closely with consultants to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-up

Helping refine internal processes to boost customer retention and satisfaction

Detail-Oriented – able to manage schedules, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records

Sales-Savvy – previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is highly regarded
