Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM (with a shorter shift on Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Service Assistant to support our store's daily operations, engage with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in retail, with a particular focus on luxury watches and jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide warm, attentive service to our clients, ensuring every interaction is memorable and personalized.

Sales Support: Assist colleagues in achieving sales goals while offering in-depth knowledge about our products and services.

Client Relationships: Build strong relationships by proactively engaging with clients, ensuring follow-up and after-sales care is timely and efficient.

Product Expertise: Continuously develop your knowledge of watches, jewellery, and the emotions they carry. Share this knowledge with clients to enhance their experience.

Store Operations: Help maintain store standards, assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and follow all in-house procedures.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, contributing to the store’s overall success.

Attention to Detail: You handle delicate items with care and are familiar with security protocols for high-value goods.

Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods, handle delicate items, and lift/move items up to 10kg.

Experience: Retail or jewellery sales experience is preferred, but not essential for candidates with a strong interest in the field.

Other Requirements:

Valid working rights in Australia.

Completion of Year 11 (or equivalent).

Must pass a National Police Check (NPC) prior to employment.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic point-of-sale systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
