Sales & Admin Assistant – Renewable Energy (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Wangara, WA | 🕒 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team making a real impact in the energy space. You’ll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, supporting the sales process, coordinating site visits, and keeping our CRM systems up to date — all from our friendly, fast-paced office.

Key responsibilities:

Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries

Following up with leads and booking meetings or site visits

Assisting the sales team with quotes, documentation, and scheduling

Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM

General administration and office support tasks

What we’re looking for:

Strong verbal communication skills and a positive phone manner

Great organisation and time management skills

Comfortable using CRMs, email, and office software

A team player who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to learn

Previous experience in admin, customer service or sales support (preferred but not essential)
