What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of residential tenancy management, from allocations and agreements to inspections.

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with both internal teams and external contractors.

Educate and support tenants, helping resolve issues and ensuring everyone understands their rights and responsibilities.

Manage visitor accommodation and keep property management systems running smoothly.

About You

3+ years’ experience in property management.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Confident with tenancy legislation and following set processes.
