I'm currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected player in the food manufacturing industry that is looking to bring on an experienced QA Coordinator to support their ongoing commitment to food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll be coordinating compliance and quality assurance systems, ensuring alignment with ISO 22000, internal standards, and customer requirements. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily QA and compliance activities
• Conduct internal audits and ensure timely reporting and follow-up of findings
• Prepare for and support customer audits and third-party inspections
• Liaise with suppliers to assess food safety risks and manage documentation
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support training and onboarding initiatives to maintain compliance standards
• Champion continuous improvement across EHS and Food Safety Systems

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in QA or food safety roles within food manufacturing
• HACCP certification (current within the last 3 years)
• Trained in internal auditing
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
