Our client is a well-established national company servicing both Government and Commercial clients through their group of businesses.

We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Plumbing Maintenance Scheduler to join their Sydney team.

In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for scheduling both reactive and routine plumbing maintenance work at their designated site.

The main responsibilities will include:

Scheduling reactive and routine maintenance for designated site

Providing client with updates as to work status

Raising all client work requests

Preparing reports for head office

To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have:

Prior experience in maintenance scheduling

Well versed with Microsoft Office specifically with MS Excel.

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent time management skills

Outstanding attention to detail to join their Sydney team.
