The Role

• Manage and lead front-of-shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
• Supervise and train retail staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and promotional displays.
• Work closely with pharmacists and the broader team to support the delivery of health services.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within pharmacy or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with a focus on customer experience and team development.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of your regular schedule.
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Salary & Benefits

• Generous Hourly Rate: Up to $35.00 plus super/hour
