🧾 About the Role

We're seeking a motivated, experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship retail store. This is a dynamic role involving leadership, operations, sales, and creating outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll be the face of Kooshy Kids in our first retail space, managing rosters, performance, stock control and team leadership. Weekend availability is essential, with regular days off Monday and Tuesday.

💰 Bonus & Commission

You’ll be rewarded with commission on personal sales and bonuses for team performance—on top of your base award wage and penalty rates.

🧳 Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, knowledgeable and friendly customer service

Demonstrate and upsell Kooshy Kids products

Manage part-time/casual staff schedules

Maintain inventory, daily orders and visual merchandising

Track KPIs and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports

Escalate and respond to customer feedback professionally

Represent Kooshy Kids values and product knowledge at all times

👀 You’ll Bring:

Retail leadership experience (airport retail a bonus)

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

Organisational excellence with a proactive mindset

Comfortable with digital tools and reporting

Full weekend availability (Mon/Tues off)

ASIC pass preferred (or ability to obtain one)
