The Rubber People

We have both an online and store front shop which sells Industrial Rubber products to an array of industries.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, trading hours are 9am to 5pm , no weekend work!

We are seeking a highly motivated, solutions and customer focused all-rounder!
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online & walk in customers.

The successful candidate:

• EXPERIENCE IN TRADE/INDUSTRIAL SALES
• Responding to customer sales & enquiries via phone, email & face to face
• Providing product information and recommendation to customers confidently
• Ability to invoice, pick, pack & ship orders with a high level of accuracy
• Be physically fit and strong (able to lift regularly)
• Have great communication skills and strong attention to detail
• A forklift license is preferable
• Operating warehouse equipment – we have some warehouse machinery that will be used on occasion so willingness to learn and can do attitude is all you need we will provide all the training
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• General warehouse duties- maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
