About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Oxford Shop' as a Store Manager. In this full-time role based at our Melbourne Airport location, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the store. This is a hands-on position that requires exceptional leadership, customer service and commercial skills to drive the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training and development opportunities

Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales and profitability

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement

What we're looking for

Experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or specialty retail industry

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management abilities

Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and operational targets

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
