Are you an experienced Office Manager who loves to be organised and ensure things run smoothly? This is an integral role for our business, you will be a valued part of the team.

Lead by a young CEO bringing innovation & progression to the Company. We operate within the thriving Construction and Recycling Resource Recovery Industry. A leading contracting company with 30 staff and over 100 pieces of plant & equipment for hire or contract throughout NSW. With a client portfolio ranging from Government, Councils, Civil Contractors, Builders, Trade Professionals, Landscapers, and the private sector. We have a strong focus on environmental sustainability & the circular economy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary point of contact for office, manage day-to-day office administration.
Assist with financial administration, accounts receivable, processing invoices/payments.
Product sales, coordinating customer orders & deliveries.
Reconciliations; such as for Daily Job Allocations & Work Docket reconciliation.
Staff Coordination; supporting employees at our recycling facilities in Sydney and Central Coast, our Workshop Service Centres, as well as field staff on projects throughout NSW.
HR; Onboarding, coordinating staff training, updating staff spreadsheets.
Fleet Registration Management and Fuel Rebates.
Work Health & Safety (WHS), Insurances, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Compliance
Assist in drafting Job Quotes, Tender submissions.
Correspondence & Inbox Management.
Customer service, answering phones, email enquires
Manage office stationery, WHS work gear, staff company uniforms.
Assist Managing Director & CEO.
Other financial, business and administrative duties as required.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience in a similiar role, with relevant qualifications.
Attention to detail, accurate record keeper.
Highly organised, multi-tasker, efficient.
Proactive, hands-on.
Great Communicator, works well with people!
Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), Outlook, Xero, Google Docs, ability to learn new programs.
Salary is based on the Candidate's individual skills and experience.

Davis Earthmoving and Quarrying Pty Limited is a family owned business that began more than 35 years ago. It has over 80 pieces of earthmoving equipment and employs around 30 people. Our company is innovative and has the latest equipment. The company has a full range of plant equipment. All equipment is relatively new and in excellent condition. The client can have confidence that there will be little delay in works for repairs and our operators are very experienced. The company has its own mechanics, fitters, boiler makers and spray painters, as well it has all the tools to repair our equipment quickly. Scheduled maintenance is carried out on all equipment, which is a priority, as it keeps the equipment working with minimal breakdowns
