YOU

Your skills will include having worked on;

• high value business sale and purchase transactions
• share sales and purchases
• business structuring
• undertaking initial seed capital fund-raising
• drafting and negotiating shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements across various industries including FMCG, retail, medical and manufacturing
• drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements and T&Cs for clients across sectors such as health care, hospitality and technology.

This is a mid level role, for a Lawyer at Associate Level or higher, with an outstanding level of work, which is varied and challenging.
