Your role will include:

Servicing, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen gas appliances (ovens, fryers, combi ovens, grills, steamers, etc.)

Troubleshooting and diagnosing gas equipment faults

Performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards

Providing excellent customer service to our commercial clients

Maintaining accurate job records and reporting

What we’re looking for:

Licensed Gas Technician (Type A required)

Experience with commercial kitchen gas appliances (preferred)

Familiarity with Rational, Moffat, and Goldstein equipment (a plus)

Strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

A motivated team player with a strong work ethic
