Site Manager - Commercial Fitout

6-Month Temp-to-Perm Contract
Pay: $72.50 Per Hour NT + Super & OT

TRS Resourcing is re-entering the commercial construction sector and is seeking a Trade Qualified Site Manager for a commercial fit-out project, primarily in shopping centres.

About the Company

Our client is a leader in the commercial fit-out market, undertaking projects ranging from small re-fits to large-scale, multi-million dollar demolitions and rebuilds.

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Manager who can liaise with shopping centre management and coordinate with site subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Set out and install stud wall framing
• Install custom bespoke commercial joinery
• Hang doors, including installing door furniture
• Interpret site drawings
• Safely demolish existing fit-out structures when required

Qualifications and Experience

Trade qualification in carpentry
Strong understanding of building structures
Experience dealing with multi-trades and subcontractors on the same site
Commitment to upholding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
