As the Secondment Coordinator you will play a key administrative support role supporting the Secondment Management Department (SMD) in driving continuous improvement initiatives and improvement program.

About the Role

This Secondment Coordinator role is fixed term (10 months, until 4th Sept 2026) and you will work in conjunction with the Process Improvement Lead to implement new and/or improved processes, policies and systems which improve the SMD operating model.

Additionally, the Secondment Coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering a central database to record information related to recruitment and reporting on key recruitment metrics (i.e., time to fill vacancies, vacancy numbers, and issue resolution times) which provide leaders in the department with valuable data and insights.

What you will need to Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Relevant tertiary qualification in business management, process improvement, project management or similar and/or extensive experience in a similar role.

Stakeholder engagement qualification such as IAP2 (desirable)
