About the Role

The primary purpose of the position of the Recruitment Business Partner is to ensure best practice recruitment and selection practices are maintained by the organisation and all recruitment activities and processes are conducted in line with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements and policy frameworks.

What you will need to Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or an equivalent level of expertise and knowledge gained through experience and training.

· Experience in advisory or business partnering role including volume recruitment in a large organisation.

· Subject matter knowledge & professional experience in designing, implementing & coordinating recruitment selection tools and methodologies.

· Proven ability to provide advice and guidance on contemporary, best practice recruitment/selection practices, which adheres to legislative and EEO requirements.

· High level of proficiency with Human Resource and Recruitment Information Systems and other business tools such as Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.

· Proven track record in building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
