The role:
As an SAP FICO Lead, you'll play a key role in a major finance transformation project. You'll be driving solution design and delivery across SAP S/4HANA Finance. You'll lead complex projects, manage stakeholder engagement, and support ERP operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, including configuration and data migration
• Lead project planning, governance, and resource allocation
• Align designs with business needs through cross-functional collaboration
• Advise leadership on sustainable, impact-driven solutions
• Provide Level 3 ERP support and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor solution quality, testing scope, and data integrity

What You'll Bring

• Proven SAP FICO & S/4HANA experience
• Strong financial and project management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership abilities
