The role:
As a Business Engagement Lead, you'll play a key role in a NSW Government department to drive strategic stakeholder engagement and lead business demand analysis for a high-profile transformation program. This program focuses on streamlining ERP systems to enhance employee experience and enable improved mobility across the sector.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across a government agency
• Lead demand analysis, scenario planning, and insights to support effective service delivery
• Act as the central point of engagement through transformation and change initiatives
• Integrate stakeholder needs with program objectives to maximise business value
