To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:

• Strong experience working on SAP ERP projects or SAP-related environments within transformation and consolidation projects
• Demonstrated success in enterprise stakeholder engagement and strategic relationship management
• Skilled in demand management, project prioritisation, and service design
• Proven ability to navigate complex political and operational landscapes
• Experience in shared services transformation, IT service management (ITSM), or business change programs
• Experience working within NSW government organizations is advantageous but not essential;

Key Challenges:

• Managing complex stakeholder consultations and negotiations within tight timelines, balancing diverse expectations and interests.
• Delivering multiple simultaneous service design and mapping requests with limited resources and competing priorities.
• Balancing customer, business, and technical demands to meet agreed deliverables on time and to high standards.

This newly established team’s purpose is to support the delivery of the strategic roadmap to consolidate and harmonise shared services operations and systems across the NSW public sector.

Involving the consolidation of ERP systems and processes, IT service and incident management and travel and expense management, the program will lead to a better employee experience and enable more efficient sector mobility. Additionally, common, streamlined and efficient processes will allow our people to better focus on our customers.

The Business Engagement Lead will lead the analysis and strategic management of business demand for new or modified services and the systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of stakeholder relationships in order to target, improve and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
