Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO, this role will spearhead our commercial function with a unique opportunity to evolve and grow with the business. We are ideally looking for someone in the real estate industry that has existing networks in place that they can leverage to hit the road running.

What you’ll do:

• · Prospect and engage with real estate principals, sales managers, and agency owners
  · Conduct tailored discovery calls, and pitch presentations
  · Sell recruitment and training solutions
  · Build long-term client partnerships across Greater Sydney
  · Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and growth

What you bring:

• · Experience in business development, recruitment, training, and/or B2B sales. Ideally has experience in the real estate sector.
  · Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  · Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
