About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in maintenance contract revenue across their multi services offering, HVAC, BMS, Fire, Electrical etc. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the sales strategy, expanding market share, and enhancing brand reputation through consultative selling and innovative service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop new opportunities for maintenance contracts.
Deliver presentations, proposals, and tender submissions that showcase technical capabilities and value proposition.
Manage contract renewals, ensuring profitability and alignment with customer objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and industry engagement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders for seamless contract implementation.
Prepare and execute quarterly and annual sales pursuit plans, reporting key metrics to senior management.
Champion safety, compliance, and business best practices in all engagements.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A background in Building Services, with a strong understanding of HVAC, BMS, Fire, Electrical etc.
Proven experience in consultative sales and the ability to secure invitations to tender.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial analysis.
A proactive selling style, with an analytical mindset and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
