About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our NSW Private Sector team and help support digital transformation for some of Australia’s most innovative private enterprises.
You’ll work with a wide range of clients, helping them explore technology solutions to improve their operations and outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years’ B2B sales or account management experience who’s ready to deepen their skills within a supportive, high-performing team.
You'll focus on building strong relationships, supporting the sales process, and growing your understanding of how technology—including Managed Services—can solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Support account planning and relationship management across multiple clients.
Assist with client meetings, presentations and regular check-ins.
Build familiarity with clients’ business needs and priorities.
🔹 Opportunity Identification & Qualification
Research potential customers and market trends.
Qualify inbound leads and support proactive outreach under guidance from senior team members.
Help maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM tools.
🔹 Sales Process Support
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Support the team in managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales colleagues to shape effective solutions.
Build your understanding of Managed Services offerings and how they deliver long-term value to clients.
🔹 Professional Development
Build knowledge of Logicalis’ services, including cloud, security, connectivity, collaboration and Managed Services.
Learn how organisations buy technology solutions and how Managed Services contracts are structured.
Take advantage of opportunities for mentoring and training to develop your sales capability.
About You
You’re a motivated, customer-focused sales or account professional with a strong interest in technology. You enjoy building relationships, understanding client needs, and supporting the sales process to deliver great outcomes.
You’ll bring:
2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management or business development (experience in technology, IT services, or with a Managed Services Provider is highly regarded).
A solid understanding of—or strong interest in—Managed Services: what they are, how they work, and the value they deliver to clients.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders via email, phone and face-to-face meetings.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
A genuine interest in learning about technology solutions and how they help customers.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a desire to build a long-term sales career.
A degree in Business, IT, Communications or similar is helpful but not essential.
