About Us:
M+Co Property is a market leader in property presentation in the Melbourne Bayside real estate market. We specialize in pre sale renovations to ensure our clients’ homes stand out in the market. We are growing rapidly and need a versatile Handyman and or Carpenter who can handle a fast-paced work environment with a variety of tasks every day.

Your Role:
As a Handyman / Carpenter, no job will be the same! From general repairs to tiling, you’ll tackle a wide range of tasks on different sites. You will need to balance working independently and collaborating with the team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities:

General maintenance and repairs

Plaster patching and sanding

Caulking, grout cleaning and touch ups

Carpentry and minor renovations

Tiling (floor, wall, and splashbacks)

Gardening and outdoor tasks

Rubbish removal and site cleaning

What We’re Looking For:

Current Victorian Drivers Licence (manual and auto)

Own reliable vehicle

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a handyman or similar role

Experience in tiling essential but not required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Punctual, reliable, and professional

Police and Working with Children checks

Own hand tools
