Chenvel by Kaizen is a Melbourne-based freight forwarding and logistics provider specializing in balikbayan box services between Australia and the Philippines. We operate across Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia, offering nationwide pickup, container consolidation, sea freight, and final-mile delivery through our international network. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst. This role is suited to candidates with strong business management training and logistics experience. The analyst will be responsible for assessing operational performance, identifying cost-saving logistics opportunities, and enhancing the efficiency of freight movement and business workflows across our domestic and international supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

·Conduct data-driven analysis of freight movement, operational workflows, and customer service delivery.

·Evaluate vendor and logistics partner performance and assist in improving service delivery outcomes.

·Provide end-to-end supply chain support for new product development, from feasibility analysis to launch readiness.

·Prepare internal reports and executive summaries on delivery metrics, costs, and system issues.

·Support the development and continuous improvement of tracking and billing systems.

·Monitor inventory levels and recommend procurement actions for logistics materials and packaging.

·Assist in developing policies and procedures for inventory control, process standardization, and risk management.

·Collaborate with the management team to implement practical solutions for business process improvement.

·Provide input into the budgeting, forecasting, and planning of freight and transport operations.

Qualification and Skills
·Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, supply Chain, or a related field.

·At least 2 years of experience in a logistics, operations, or freight environment.

·Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret, and present operational data and KPIs.

·Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· High level of organisational and problem-solving ability.

·Experience working within structured operational systems, particularly those requiring compliance and documentation control, will be regarded favourably.

·Familiarity with regulated logistics environments and continuous improvement practices is desirable.

·Filipino language skills and cultural familiarity are a plus but not essential.
