O'Reilly's is seeking energetic, organised and positive leaders to join our food & beverage team. The food & beverage supervisors will work across our retreat & events spaces, while ensuring that we exceed our guests' expectations in the leadup to our 100 year anniversary.

You will be an integral component of the team, ensuring the successful operations of our outlets under the guidance and support of the operational managers. You will assist with the following core responsibilities:

Lead our day-to-day operations making every guest feel special

Guide and lead a team of excellent Food and Beverage attendants

Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Identify customers needs and respond proactively

Comply with all health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will possess:

An eagerness to grow and develop as a leader - we are happy to chat to applicants with all levels of hospitality/leadership experience
