As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House Supervisor to help lead our dynamic service team and uphold the high standards our guests have come to expect.

The Role
As Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day FOH operations, mentoring staff, and driving a seamless guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership position best suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and leads from the front.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support FOH team including waitstaff, bar staff, and hosts

Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and resolve guest issues professionally

Manage floor operations including seating plans, table turnover, and reservation systems

Oversee staff training, development, and weekly rostering

Handle POS operations, daily cash-ups, and end-of-day reporting

Liaise with kitchen team to ensure coordinated and timely service

Uphold venue presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations

Assist in planning and executing functions, group bookings, and special events

Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine menus to guide both team and guests

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years in a similar FOH leadership role

Confident team leader with excellent communication and people management skills

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and wine is highly regarded

Proficient in POS and reservation systems

RSA certification (required)

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
