Dwyper Consulting is a dynamic financial advisory and management consulting firm with a strong focus on clients in the mining and resources sector, both in Australia and Mongolia. As we expand our footprint, we’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant to support our growing client base with cross-border projects and strategic advisory services.

Your Role

This is a key position that will influence both day-to-day management and long-term planning initiatives for clients locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational insight, and cultural fluency to drive success in complex, high-impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operate autonomously and take initiative in high-responsibility consulting engagements

Lead the development and execution of strategic business goals across Australia and Mongolia

Assess and strengthen current systems to mitigate digital and cyber threats, while ensuring high financial reporting standards

Identify gaps in operations and reporting, offering actionable solutions

Manage and oversee change initiatives for internal and client focused operations

Drive cost efficiency, process optimisation, and performance improvement initiatives

Advise client management on profitability, operational effectiveness and strategic direction

Collaborate closely with leadership teams in Australia and Mongolia to ensure legal and financial compliance

Prepare and present operational insights and performance reports to stakeholders

Willingness to travel internationally as required

About You

Proven experience in financial management, operations, and logistics—ideally within the mining sector

Strong leadership in optimisation of organisations and change management

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Fluency in Mongolian and English (essential)

High cultural competence and confidence working across diverse international settings

Relevant qualifications in business, finance, engineering, emerging tech (including AI), or cyber risk preferred
